The world is expecting big things from Bloc Party in 2005, but if you are left still wondering what all the fuss is about, then feel free to take them up on their very generous free downloads offer all over their slightly humourless homepage (open to people who have bought the singles too, of course).
On the HOME page it is hard to miss the BLOC PARTY: DOWNLOAD HERE link to their 'Staying Fat' track. But if you head to the WORK section and scroll down to The Bloc's first single, you can also download that for free, which kind of makes up for the fact that it was limited to a 500 copy run.
Unfortunately tickets to their marathon of UK dates seem to be all sold out, which is a pity.
